Operating intelligence,
delivered in writing.
Sorellan & Kairoth advises a small number of family offices, chief technology officers, and operating partners on the deployment of autonomous systems — where they belong, where they do not, and what the next twenty‑four months actually require.
The practice is small by design. We take no calls. We give no demos. We maintain no presence on social platforms. Correspondence is asynchronous and written.
How the practice works
Each engagement begins with a written brief. Both partners read it; both partners answer. The first deliverable is the engagement memo — a written assessment of the question, the constraints we believe are operative, and whether we are the right counsel for the work. If we are not, the memo is yours to keep.
Subsequent work is delivered as memoranda, position papers, and architectural reviews. The cadence is measured. The format does not vary.
Whitepapers, positions, and the engagement intake resume Q3 2026. Correspondence is otherwise by written introduction.
